Lodge your complaint /grievances against any of the central undertaking department from the following web site. The process is simple visit the web site and select the department with which you have grievances and write down about the matter. After submitting the application you will get a number which you will use for further communication. I had problem with Airtel Mobile operator so I lodge the complaint under Department of Telecommunication and my problem solved. But here the process takes some time. So after filing the complaint you will have to wait patiently.

Recently I searched a local (Allahabad-UP East) BSNL landline number using online directory service of BSNL. See the image below, you can also use this. It is better than using the conventional Directory. Just click on the image below to visit the website of BSNL.
